Christ College established in 2022, a Minority Institution of the Carmelite Sisters of St.Teresa (CSST), is affiliated to the North East Hill University (NEHU), sanctioned by the Directorate of Higher and Technical Education, Government of Meghalaya, and approved by the Archdiocese of Shillong to meet the needs of the people of North East India particularly of Meghalaya.
